Ways we can work together.

Every session is individualized, but most work I do falls into a few areas. If you're not sure what fits, that's a completely normal way to start — we can figure it out together in a first session.

Anxiety & High-Functioning Anxiety

Support for racing thoughts, chronic worry, overthinking, and the physical toll of stress when it goes unaddressed for too long. This can also look like the quieter, less visible side of anxiety — when you're getting things done, meeting expectations, and appearing like you have it all together, but your mind rarely gets a chance to rest.

Everyday Stress That Keeps Piling Up

You don't need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Sometimes it's the accumulation of work, school, relationships, family expectations, decisions about the future, and everything else on your plate. When there's no room left to breathe, therapy can offer a space to slow down, make sense of what's weighing on you, and figure out what needs to change.

Depression

Support for low mood, loss of motivation, exhaustion, and feeling disconnected from yourself or the things that used to matter to you. We'll work on gently loosening the grip of self-critical thinking and finding your way back to a greater sense of engagement, connection, and direction in your life.

Life Transitions

Starting a career, navigating changes in school or work, moving, entering or leaving relationships, becoming a parent, or simply figuring out what comes next. Therapy can offer support during the in-between moments when life looks different than you expected and you're trying to find your footing again.

Identity Exploration

Space to explore who you are beyond the roles and expectations you've taken on for others. This might include questions about career, relationships, values, culture, gender or sexuality, or simply feeling disconnected from who you used to be and unsure of who you're becoming.

Relationship Challenges & Communication Patterns

Understanding the patterns that show up in your relationships with partners, family, friends, or coworkers — and learning how to communicate what you need more openly and confidently. We'll explore where these patterns come from and what may be getting in the way of feeling heard, understood, and connected.

Burnout & Work-Life Balance

Support for the exhaustion, overwhelm, and depletion that can come from sustained work, school, caregiving, or simply doing too much for too long. Together, we'll work toward rebuilding your capacity, strengthening boundaries, and creating space for rest that actually feels restorative — not like another thing you need to accomplish.

People-Pleasing & Difficulty Setting Boundaries

Support for saying yes when you mean no, worrying about disappointing others, overextending yourself, and putting everyone else's needs before your own. We'll work on identifying what you actually want and need, communicating it more clearly, and building the confidence to hold a boundary without getting stuck in guilt.
